As a Jesuit, Catholic, liberal arts institution, the focus and mission of Spring Hill College - and its employees - are much different from that of a business or even a typical public college or university.

The atmosphere on campus - the relationship between faculty and staff and students - is richer and more meaningful because we share a common goal regardless of faith, race, gender or background: to provide the very best learning environment possible so that our students are prepared to be responsible leaders in service to others in or out of the classroom, and have the greatest opportunities to grow as young adults and succeed as professionals.

The mailroom is located beside Walsh Hall.

Inter-office mail can be placed in the mail slot in the back area past the main window.

Faculty each have their own box, and departments also have a box. The mail goes into the box below the name / department name.

Inter-office mail is distributed each morning normally no later than 10:30 am, except after holidays.

Off-campus mail

If you have mail that needs to go off campus, you may place it on the ledge across from the mailroom pickup window. If it is for out of country, please let someone at the counter know.

The recipient's address should be typed if at all possible, not hand-written.

Mail is typically picked up by our mail service provider by 12:30 pm each day.

There is also a regular USPS box in the breezeway outside the mailroom that stamped mail may go into. The pickup time for it is 4:30 pm.
