Previously Jenzabar has listed specific browser/OS combinations that were officially supported in this web portal. Recently they have changed their statement as follows:
The following browsers and platforms are tested regularly with JICS:

Firefox 3.6+ on Windows
·
Internet Explorer 7.0+ on Windows
·
Google Chrome - current stable version on Windows
·
Safari 4.0+ on Mac
The announcement goes on to say that not every feature can be tested in every browser, but that the widely-used browsers should work. Internet Explorer versions prior to 7 have many problems apart from BadgerWeb compatibility and should be avoided generally. If you experience a problem that occurs in one browser but not in another, please report it to the helpdesk (2276 or
